Manufactured using exclusive imported raw materials, these archwires adhere to the most rigorous specifications and feature a chemical composition containing 6% Copper, making this metal alloy unique in terms of its performance and application. These Nitinol archwires possess the lowest force modulus, allowing for their insertion into bracket slots—even in cases involving severe misalignment and leveling issues—thereby ensuring greater patient comfort. The inclusion of Copper in the alloy accentuates the wire’s thermal properties, rendering it more flexible and enhancing its resistance to deformation.

Composition: Nickel, Titanium, and Copper (6%);
With the addition of Copper to the alloy, the wire’s thermo-reactive properties are enhanced to generate lighter, more continuous force moduli—fully compatible with the requirements of the passive self-ligating bracket philosophy;
Constant force with excellent shape memory;
Greater resistance to permanent deformation compared to other types of Nitinol;
Available with the option of pre-placed stops;
Ideal for use with self-ligating system techniques.
